Advantages
of Electric Tracers |
|
- Maintains freeze protection,
close temperature tolerances or viscosity control.
- Excellent for maintaining long,
continuous lengths of impulse lines and piping at consistent
temperatures.
- Good for situations where steam
is not available or steam supply could be interrupted, such as
during shutdowns.

TRACEPAK
TPE
Pre-insulated tubing bundle with
self-regulating electric tracing |
|
 |
For the
closest control of your process, use TRACEPAK TPE. It's excellent
for maintaining long, continuous lengths of impulse lines and
piping at constant temperatures. Use TPE when steam isn't
available or when its supply could be interrupted such as during
shutdowns. Perfect for freeze protection, close temperature
tolerances, or viscosity control. |
|
TPE1 |
|

|
- Available with one or two 1/4-,
3/8- or 1/2-inch process lines with a high or low temperature
self-regulating tracer.
- Tube materials available: welded
316 stainless steel, seamless 316 stainless steel, copper, PFA
Teflon, and seamless Monel 400.

Tracers
Available:: |
|
- High temperature,
self-regulating XTV tracer maintains temperatures to 250ºF
(121ºC) and withstands blowdown temperatures to 420ºF (215ºC).
- Low temperature, self-regulating
BTV tracer maintains temperatures to 150ºF (65ºC) and
withstands blowdown temperatures to 185ºF (85ºC).
- Tracers are FM approved and CSA
certified for use in hazardous areas when used with the
recommended power connection kits.
