O'Brien Corporation gathered for its first (annual?) company-wide picnic at Creve Coeur Park on Saturday, August 9. Family and friends were invited to join employees to the event, making it the largest O'Brien Fest to date. The weather was perfect -- mid 80s, sunny with a few scattered clowns. We couldn't have asked for better day in St. Louis during August.
Lunch included plenty of BBQ, which was grilled on-site by Kenrick's Catering. Also on the menu were a few traditional Bosnian style dishes such as lamb and börek. Activities were planned for all ages, including mini-golf, disc-golf, badmitton, washers, horseshoes, pinatas, egg toss and culminated with an Office vs. Plant softball game. To find out who won, contact O'Brien. Good company, good food and fun activities made for a great day summer break. Stay tuned for O'Brien Fest '09!
